Some people, certain events can soon be got over. Forgotten. Dismissed.
But not Rob. No.
Nor his blogging and sheer zest for life.
I am not interested in controlling anybody. That is so not my style. I did not remove his blogs. Look at http://robert.chambers.gonetoosoon.org/ to see who did that.
Love and respect are my guiding principles, they go hand in hand with freedom I've noticed. Have you? Freedom is good. Laughter is good. Friends are good. Connections are vital. Along with choices and information -
Democracies are built on such principles I believe.
Suppression on the other hand stinks of tyranny - and fear.
Robert Chambers - Mutley the Dog - will always be remembered here on Blogger now - come what may - with or without his deleted works. Remembered with a cheeky grin!
Freely available on Google searches.
Surrounded by smiles and affection!
How else will you wish to be remembered?
But as yourself -

Too true . .
Crikey. I only just learnt of Mutley's death. I had dropped out of blogworld and a friend on Facebook mentioned it as a reason for her dropping out and assumed I had known.
I am so so sorry.
Mutley (and I can only call him that as I never knew his real name) made me laugh so often both in his posts and in my own comment box.
I cannot believe he is gone.
I am so so sorry for your loss.
Thank you all for commenting here. I do appreciate it.
I disapproved of false and personal information given about Rob after his death.
But you must not be upset by this,Kate for careless words will never alter how loved and respected Rob was here or how he will be remembered.
We still have his words in Google Reader.
Sxxxx
I'm really glad to hear that Miss Scarlet. Hooray for friends and Google reader :-)
